Last year we celebrated my son’s birthday at a local indoor theme park. One of the attractions was a laser tag facility and everyone from the kids to the adults had so much fun. Ever since, laser tag has been at the top of his to-do list. Going out to a local laser tag facility is fun but it can get pricey. Especially if we were to go as often as he would like. Recently I learned about something called Laser X and as soon as I told him about it, it’s all he talked about. It’s a great way to bring the fun of laser tag home for fun whenever they want.
We were sent one Laser X sent which comes with two blasters but all sets work together so you can grab a friend or two or even the whole neighborhood for an epic laser tag battle right in your own backyard.
The Laser X blasters feature sophisticated electronic and optics to give players pinpoint blasting accuracy up to 200 feet. There’s even “interactive” coach that uses information from the sensors in the game to give the players tips and tricks throughout the game.
The receiver vest is attached to the blaster and goes on just like a t-shirt. It keeps tracks of hits and after 10 hits, players are eliminated from the game. Players can choose to be on teams if you have a lot of players or you select “rogue” mode where it’s every player for his or herself.
Laser X can be played outside in bright sunlight or in the dark making it fun anytime of the day.
It is available in sets that equip two players for $49.99 or that equip one player for $24.99 at Target.com and other retailers. Learn more by visiting GetLaserX.com
