Thank you to Bonefish Grill for inviting us out to check out the new summer menu.
It’s no secret that I love Bonefish Grill. Whether we’re celebrating a special family milestone, a birthday or heck a night I just don’t feel like cooking, when it comes time to pick a place to eat at, my first response is usually Bonefish Grill. It’s that good y’all. With summer in full swing over here, I find myself having less and less time to cook. Wait a minute, let me be honest here. I find myself wanting to cook less and less. It’s not that I don’t have the time, it’s that I just don’t feel like it. So when my local Bonefish Grill in Marlton, New Jersey invited me out to see the new remodel and try out the Bonefish Grill summer menu, I said: “heck yeah, I’ll be right over!”
Lately, we’ve been busy having fun. Busy creating memories and the last thing I want to do is tell my kids I have to stop playing with them or we have to go home so I can spend the next hour in the kitchen making dinner. Sure, I do it but there are days I just want to let them play a little longer and I want to be there to savor these moments.
So these are the nights, I gladly let someone else cook for us. Thankfully, Bonefish Grill is one of those places that we can all agree on as a family. If you’re local to New Jersey, you have to check out the Marlton location’s new makeover. The main dining room showcases stunning original art, from three-dimensional sculptures to paintings representing the bounty of the world’s oceans – including spectacular framed fish prints by award-winning Florida artist, Burt Lancaster. Dining tables, sharing tables and updated booths welcome parties of all sizes while the Big City Bar offers hand-crafted cocktails and an affordable distinct list of more than 30 wines by the glass – offering a great match for any food pairing.
If you’re not local to Marlton, no worries, you’ll still love taking a peek a Bonefish Grill’s Summer Menu.
HAND CRAFTED HAPPY HOUR
Available Monday – Friday from 4 pm to 6:30 pm, the Hand-Crafted Happy Hour menu offers some delicious choices for only $6. My son couldn’t wait to try these Cod Sliders.
They sounded so good, my husband and I decided to try them too. They were amazing. Each slider has a thick piece of cod with Bonefish Grill’s signature sauce that left me craving more.
No visit is complete without their signature Bang Bang Shrimp.
DELICIOUS SUMMER MENU OFFERINGS
The new summer menu includes mouth-watering options. Everything looked amazing and it was hard to pick what to try.
Since I’ve been all about salmon lately, I knew I had to try the Dynamite-Style Wild Salmon. One bite and I was hooked. Literally.
This dish was full of flavor and each bite was like happiness on a fork. Every bite was better than the one before it. Honestly, to date, this might be my favorite Bonefish dish of all.
My husband chose the Cod Picatta & Lobster Tail Summer Duo. Before I fell in love with their salmon, Cod Piccata was my favorite dish. It’s so light and fresh tasting. The mashed potatoes are one of the best sides on the menu, so whatever dish you decide to try, I highly recommend the mashed potatoes.
DRINKS FOR DAYS
If you like a refreshing cocktail with your dinner, don’t fret. Bonefish Grill has you covered. They have special $5 martinis that are part of their Bar Bites menu. And for a limited time, the Sparkling Blue Hawaiian.
Close your eyes when you take a sip, and you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical island paradise. Even if it’s only for a few seconds before you’re quickly brought back to the reality of your toddler licking the ketchup from her meal with her fingers. (True story by the way).
After all this talk about yummy seafood, I decided what I’m doing for dinner tonight – Bonefish Grill for the win! Plus I’ll get to check out some of the other menu items we didn’t get to try.
Bonefish Grill’s Summer Menu is only available for a limited time. So give your kitchen a break and head out to Bonefish Grill for dinner tonight. To learn more about all their different menu offerings or to find a location new you, visit BonefishGrill.com
