Every year I say new year, new me and start off with great intentions to make it “my year’ and within a few weeks, I’m falling right back into the same old rut I found myself in the previous year. It’s not that I don’t want to stick to my resolutions, it’s just that I put too much pressure on myself to make too many changes all at once and it never works out for me.
