For the last few months working on taking care of me has been a top priority. As a mom, I tend to make sure the kids and even my husband are taken care of before I even start thinking about me. In fact, most days, there’s no time left in the day for me. So I put in motion the steps to redefine my day and make my health and my needs more of a priority. Part of that is finding a fitness routine that works for me. Since we homeschool and I work from home, that’s been quite a challenge.
