Trying to maintain a healthy diet and finding meals that I don’t get tired of quickly can be somewhat of a challenge. Especially at lunch time. Now that I’m trying out this Keto diet thing, it’s even a bit more challenging. I’m still new to the Keto lifestyle (only a week in) but I’m trying to make it easy on myself so I’m more likely to stick to the plan and not cave the minute things get hectic over here. I want something that is delicious and filling and easy to make. One of my go-to lunches even before I started Keto, was tuna salad stuffed avocados.
