We all want our kids to eat a healthy diet but sometimes that is easier said than done! Both of my kids are picky eaters in their own way but one thing that they both universally love is fish. I credit that love of fish to the fact that we introduced fish into their diets from a young age. We’ve also made fish dinners part of our weekly menu plan so it was something they were always used to having.
