I’m still coming down off my AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR high and am struggling with just how I’m going to wait until next year to get some answers to my questions. As long as that seems, luckily I have plenty of other movies coming up that’ll be able to take my mind off of it. One of those movies is ANT-MAN AND THE WASP. I ended up being a pretty big fan of ANT-MAN, which totally surprised me, so it’s safe to say I cannot wait for this release. Smoothies are my go-to for breakfast, snacks throughout the day and whenever I just want something sweet. We’ve been a little obsessed with our Iron Man Smoothie and Hulk Smash Smoothie so I wanted to keep the trend going with this Ant-Man Smoothie Recipe.
The simple ingredients in this Ant-Man Smoothie recipe make them a favorite because they’re so easy to make.
This Ant-Man Smoothie has just 3 ingredients – strawberries, raspberries and apple juice.
I like to use frozen fruit in my smoothies but you can use fresh fruit too. Just make sure to add plenty of ice to the blender to make them thicker.
Once the smoothie was blended, I added in chocolate sprinkles (or jimmies, whatever you want to call them) to give the resemblance of ants.
I gave it a good stir to get the “ants” all mixed in.
Once I poured in in the glass, I topped it off with a little ant trail of more chocolate sprinkles.
That’s it! A simple yet delicious snack to cool off on these warm days.

Ant-Man Smoothie Recipe Inspired by ANT-MAN AND THE WASP
- 1 1/4 cup of apple juice
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
- In a blender combine apple juice, strawberries and raspberries and blend until smooth.
- Add in sprinkles and stir.
- Pour into glass and using a more chocolate sprinkles make a little ant trail across the top of the smoothie
- Enjoy1 1/4 cup of apple juice
