Have ever had pizza for breakfast? I’m not talking about the leftover pizza in your fridge from the last night’s dinner. I’m talking about a delicious pizza that combines all your favorites from breakfast like bacon and eggs on a delicious flatbread crust. That’s exactly what this Bacon & Eggs Breakfast Pizza is and it’s so delicious!
Not only is it delicious but it’s surprisingly easy to make. If you’ve been around here for awhile and enjoyed some of my other recipes, you know simple recipes is my middle name.

I first made this recipe for a brunch I was hosting. I wanted something quick, easy and a dish everyone would love.
These breakfast pizzas can be sliced into smaller pieces for snacking and paired with some fresh fruit or eaten all by themselves.
It’s the perfect snack kids, breakfast for busy days or brunch food.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS BACON, EGG & CHEESE BREAKFAST PIZZA
To make your breakfast pizzas, you’ll need a nice flatbread or Naan bread. Depending on how large your crowd is, you’ll need a few of these. Then you’ll need plenty to cheese and your favorite toppings .
I added eggs, bacon, shredded potatoes and two kinds of cheese on our pizzas but you could customize these with load of other toppings or even make a few varieties. I wanted to keep things on the simple side so I kept the ingredients easy.
OTHER TOPPINGS THAT WOULD BE DELICIOUS
I honestly think the real question here is what wouldn’t be good on a breakfast pizza. Other toppings you could try would be:
- green onions
- sausage
- spicy sausage
- parmesan cheese
- ham

HOW TO COOK A BREAKFAST PIZZA
I baked mine in the oven but this would be delicious on the grill in the warmer months.

HOW TO MAKE BACON & EGGS FLATBREAD BREAKFAST PIZZA
Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizzas
Enjoy a delicious twist on a favorite dish with these Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 medium sized Flatbread pizza crusts or you can use naan bread
- Bacon 5-6 pieces
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Shredded Potatoes
- chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Place crust or naan bread on baking sheet
Layer cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and hash browns on flatbread crust
Crack 2-3 eggs on top of each flatbread crust
Sprinkle parmesan cheese
Bake 20-25 minutes until eggs are cooked and crust is browned
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley
Enjoy!

Do you cook the bacon and has brown first or put everything on raw?

Hi! I put it on raw when I crack the eggs. It call cooks in the oven. Hope that helps!
