One of the highlights of our Disney Alaska Cruise was finally being able to take my daughter to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. On our previous trips, she either was old enough (kids need to be 3 years old) or we just didn’t have the time (at the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration earlier this ear). Since she was finally old enough and we had plenty of time on our 7-day cruise, I knew I had to make it happen. I was surprised by how many people told me that they didn’t even know the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was available on the Disney Wonder! Not only is the boutique located on the Disney Wonder but it’s available on all four of the Disney Cruise ships! If you’re planning a Disney Cruise, here’s what you need to know about booking your little princess or prince an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique onboard the Disney Wonder or any of the other ships. If a trip to Alaska has been on your bucket list, here are 5 REASONS YOU’LL LOVE A DISNEY ALASKA CRUISE.
As someone who has spent most of her adult life loving and visiting Disney World, I didn’t think it could get any better than a week at Walt Disney World escaping reality for those few days and creating memories with my family. About 2 years ago I went on my first Disney Cruise and quickly realized how wrong I was. I never truly saw the appeal of being on a cruise ship for days at a time when I could be at the park re-living my childhood through my kids until I actually experienced it. Now I can’t get enough. Our latest cruising adventure took us on a Disney Alaska Cruise and it forever changed how I feel about travel. [Read more…] about 5 Reasons Why You’ll Love a Disney Alaskan Cruise

The moment I opened my email and saw the invite from Disney inviting me to the Christopher Robin red carpet premiere, ideas started churning in my head. What was I going to wear? What DIY projects can I whip up? What recipes can I make to keep the excitement and fun going. I immediately knew I wanted a yellow dress and I needed a purse that was not only small but cute. I couldn’t find any Winnie the Pooh themed purses for sale that I liked when it dawned on me, why not make a Winnie the Pooh hunny pot purse. I was already making a hunny pot dress for my daughter to wear when I take her to see the movie so why not just make my purse. So that’s exactly what I did. Celebrate the opening of Toy Story Land at home with this easy to make Toy Story Alien popcorn recipe.
Toy Story Land is officially open and judging by the photos I’ve seen, it looks just as epic as I expected it to be. From the delicious food options at Woody’s Lunch Box to the rides, I cannot wait for our next trip to Disney World to experience Toy Story Land in person. I already love Toy Story Mania but I’m really looking forward to Slinky Dog Dash and the Alien Swirling Saucers. I mean, what’s not to love about those little green guys. While we wait (not-so-patiently) to experience it in person, we’ve been enjoying the Toy Story movies on repeat almost daily. To make those movie nights a little more fun, I whipped up this easy recipe for Toy Story Alien Popcorn inspired by Toy Story Land and the Alien Swiling Saucers ride.
