Lately I’ve been more conscious of what I eat and how I’m eating throughout the day. I’ve spent the last few weeks researching protein powders and how to incorporate them into my diet. I’m a new to the world of protein powder but when I say it’s a little overwhelming with choices, believe me it is! I actually walked out of a store recently when I was overwhelmed on the protein powder aisle. There are so many choices, some with ingredients I’d rather not consume and others I’ve been told to avoid taste wise.
