Can you believe we’re already halfway through September? I can’t. I’m still stuck in August for some reason but as I updated my calendar and realized that this month is already half over, I was quickly reminded how fast the holidays are going to sneak up on me. On side note, this is also the time of year that I’m introduced to so many new and excited products that are out in time for all that holiday shopping. One of those products are Dream Frenz. They’re a cute huggable, pillow friend that kids will love.
Dream Frenz are a pillow and a toy that are perfect for resting, travel, playtime or all three! They take the place of all those stuffed animals, toys and pillows that usually end up getting packed on family vacations. A few years ago we were packing for Florida and my son begged me to let him pack his own suitcase. So I did. I laid out everything he needed to put in and that was that. It was a small, kid-sized one for him and since he wanted to be a “big boy” he wanted to pack all by himself. When he brought me his suitcase and I opened it, I found it filled with stuffed animals and toys. Not one piece of clothing was in that suitcase. I’m so glad I checked before we left otherwise that would have been an interesting trip.
Dream Frenz is the perfect solution to traveling with less toys. They’re made with big heads and tiny babies that tuck inside. Even my oldest thought it was soft, comfy and perfect for a pillow.
I love the idea of traveling with these for the kids. They double as a pillow for resting in the car or on the plane and are a fun, friendly toy to play with when they’re bored.
ABOUT DREAM FRENZ:
Dream Frenz was founded by Florida-based mom-entrepreneur Halie Fulton, who left the practice of law to focus instead on the “Mommy Track”. While raising her daughters, Halie was inspired by the ‘tadpole drawings’ of her oldest daughter – she subsequently launched her company to bring the drawings to life. Tadpole drawings are drawings by pre-school age children. Researchers believe that the tadpole represents the child’s body self-image and that these drawings, typically with big, colorful heads, tiny bodies and happy faces, are an early attempt at realistic drawing.
With an oversized, soft head and a tiny body that tucks inside, Dream Frenz is a cuddly plush pillow but also a toy, a stuffed character and a comforting companion that never fails to evoke a smile. Dream Frenz believes that every child should be a dreamer; the characters are designed to inspire self- expression, story-telling and imagination in children.
Dream Frenz is for children 3 and up. The characters are multi-cultural and the different characters are designed to appeal to both boys and girls.
Dream Frenz is available ONLY at Walmart.com and more characters are in development including a sports and heroes line.
