Warmer weather means lots of outdoor grilling and eating in our house. One of our favorite summer foods is fresh corn on the cob. I’ve always cooked corn on the cob on the stove, in a pot of water – until this past weekend. Grilled corn on the cob where have you been all my life! Not only is it a time saver but it is absolutely delicious. If you’re like me and you never cooked it this way before, I’m going to show you just how easy it is. I wish I could add a scratch and sniff button to these pictures so you could smell just how amazing it is, but you’ll just have to try it and take my word for it.
Grab your ingredients:
- Fresh corn on the cob – husks removed & cleaned
- Reynolds Wrap
- Seasonings if you would like but we just made them with butter
We cooked ours for about 15 minutes turning every few to evenly cook. Cooking times will vary depending on your grill and temperature so you’ll want to keep a close eye on it the first time you cook it. To check if it’s done, simply poke the corn with a fork, when tender, it’s done.
They will be very hot! Let them cool for a few minutes before unwrapping them to serve.
