I love Buffalo Wings, but what I love most is the buffalo wing sauce. At least once a month, we have a pizza and wings night. I can’t get enough of the sauce, I even dip my pizza into it! Since I have a newfound love for my crockpot (can you believe I’ve had it for years and never used it?!) I decided to try buffalo chicken sliders for dinner. I’m all for shortcuts for dinner. Our everyday lives are so busy sometimes I just don’t feel like sitting down to cook a meal. This yummy dinner has minimal prep work and cooks in about 5 hours.
This is one of the easiest recipes I’ve made and they were so good I’ll be making them a lot more.
The ingredients for this recipes are simple:
- Boneless chicken breast
- Your favorite buffalo wing sauce
- Slider rolls or small dinner rolls
- mozzarella cheese
- Ranch or blue cheese for dipping
Note: I cooked my chicken breasts for approximately 5 hours on low and they were done. Cooking times will vary so pay close attention and make sure your chicken is cooked all the way. Once you shred the chicken, return to the crockpot to soak up the juices until you’re ready to serve.
