Easy Snowman Desserts with Entenmann’s® Little Bites®

This one of the easiest desserts I’ve ever made and probably one of the cutest too.

You’ll need a few things to re-create these easy snowman desserts at home:

  • A few boxes of Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Sugar Cookie Muffins
  • Lollipop sticks
  • orange candies for the snowman nose
  • round black candies for the eyes, mouth and buttons
  • sugar cookie icing or confectioners sugar to make. your own
  • red fruit roll-ups for snowman scarf

You can use pre-made sugar cookie icing or make your own with 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar, 1 tbsp. corn syrup and 1 tsp. of water. Mix until icing is spreadable. If you need more liquid, add 1 tsp. of water at a time until it reaches desired consistency.

Add one Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Sugar Cookie Muffins onto the lollipop stick and top with a little icing. Add another Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Sugar Cookie Muffins and repeat until all 3 pieces are on the stick. Let icing harden for a few minutes.

Then using a toothpick, apply a dab of icing onto the snowman nose, buttons, eyes and mouth and attach to the muffins.

It isn't so much the baking, but the eating of the fresh baked kids. It also helps that my wife uses a lot of the specialty chips, like Butterfinger, Andes mints etc, that I snack on before the cookies are even made.
