Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sausage Kabobs

These Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sausage Kabobs will have your tastebuds begging for more.

  • FOR MARINADE
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 pineapple juice
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • FOR GRILLED HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE KABOBS
  • 1 pack al fresco Chicken Sausage (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper chopped into chunks
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped into chunks
  • 1 pineapple chopped into chunks
  • 1 red onion chopped into chunks
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  2. On a skewer layer chicken sausage, pineapple, peppers and onions and set aside.
  3. In a bowl combine garlic, BBQ sauce, pineapple jucie and brown sugar and whisk together
  4. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade
  5. Brush marinade over all sides of Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sausage Kabobs and place on grill
  6. Cook 6-7 minutes on each side
  7. Serve over rice (optional) and drizzle with more of the reserved marinade
