The farm stands are starting to open up here in New Jersey and that means fresh peaches. I love getting locally grown produce whenever I can especially when it’s something I’m not growing myself. Sadly I don’t have any peach trees but I’m thankful local farms do. One of my favorite recipes to enjoy with fresh peaches is this Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad.
It’s sweet. It’s tart and just all around amazing.
Since I went a little peach happy at the farm stand so expect lots off peach recipes in the coming weeks but today Im focusing on this gem of a salad.

On days that I’m craving something a little sweet or just want something on the lighter side, this Grilled Peach Burrata Salad hits the spot.
WHAT CAN I ADD TO THIS SALAD?
I love this salad as is but since I tend to make it a lot, there are some amazing things you can add for extra flavor. Some things that will pair perfectly with this salad are:
- chopped, fresh basil
- Prosciutto
- cherry tomatoes
- walnuts
- cherries
- bacon
- chicken
I truly don’t think this is anything that wouldn’t be delicious in this salad. It’s amazing as is but it’s perfect for adding onto the flavor profile.
WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE GRILLED PEACH BURRATA SALAD
It’s a great idea to gather your supplies and ingredients before you get started. To make this mouthwatering salad you’ll need:
- fresh peaches
- burrata cheese
- arugula
- salt & pepper
- large plate for serving
- a good quality balsamic glaze
DO I HAVE TO GRILL THE PEACHES FOR THIS RECIPE?
No, you don’t. You can just use fresh peaches if you prefer but grilled peaches give it a nice flavor profile.

HOW TO MAKE GRILLED PEACH BURRATA SALAD
Grilled Peach Burrata Salad with Arugula and Balsamic Drizzle
Fire up the grill, grab some peaches and enjoy this Grilled Peach Burrata Salad
Ingredients
- 4-5 peaches
- 2-3 cups of arugula
- 4 pieces of burrata cheese
- bottle of balsamic glaze
- salt & pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Slice peaches with skin on
- Arrange arugula on plate
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Rip burrata into pieces and layer on arugula
- Season with salt & pepper
- Grill peaches 1-2 minutes on each side. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
- Place peaches on salad and drizzle with balsamic glaze
- Serve immediately
