If you look forward to game day as much as we do, then you know just how important your game day snacks are. Some days just call for chips and dips but then others call for something more. Let me introduce you to one of our favorite game day recipes, Loaded Carne Asada Fries.
This recipe checks off all the boxes. It’s quick and easy to make making it perfect for those last minute celebrations. It’s full of delicious flavor and oh so filling.
It’s no wonder it’s one of my family’s favorite recipes. We make it regularly around here so that’s why I keep my fridge full of Good Foods Guacamole. It’s honestly the star of this recipe and really makes it mouthwatering.

That’s why these Loaded Carne Asada Fries have plenty of guac layered between layers of fries and cheese and of course a dollop on top.
THINGS YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE CARNE ASADA FRIES
- Steak
- Frozen Steak Fries
- Pico de Gallo
- Sour Cream
- Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
- Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh Cilantro
- Limes
HOW TO MAKE LOADED CARNE ASADA FRIES
First, let your steak marinade in the juice of 4 limes, fresh cilantro, salt and pepper for at least an hour in the fridge.
Cook steak until done.
Heat up fries.
Once fries are done, layer on a serving platter. Top with plenty of shredded cheddar cheese and Good Foods Chunky Guacamole. Repeat until all fries are used.
Top with steak, pico de Gallo, sour cream and plenty more guac.
Drizzle with fresh lime juice and fresh, chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately.
