If I had to name my favorite candy bar, hands down it would be a Milky Way bar. I’ve loved them since I was little. My favorite part is the caramel, it’s so delicious that I sometimes eat the top of the candy bar first just to enjoy the caramel. Now my favorite candy bar comes in these delicious mini bite sized pieces called Milky Way Simply Caramel Bites. Yup, that’s right just my favorite part in yummy bite sized pieces. Have you seen them yet? I found them in Walmart on the candy aisle. They have tons of flavors available now in the bite sized pieces.

Since I host Easter Dinner every year at my house, I try to make an assortment of desserts that are both fun and delicious. This year I’m making these delicious Milky Way Simply Caramel Surprise Cupcakes.

I found the cute sunflower cupcake liners in Walmart while I was picking up my candy. The cupcakes are easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. You will need the following:

  • Chocolate cake mix (box or homemade – I went with a box mix for simplicity)
  • Chocolate icing
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Milky Way Simply Caramel Bites (at least 2 bags because if you’re like me, you’ll be snacking on them as you make them!)

Once the cupcakes are done baking and they have cooled, icing them with your favorite chocolate icing, add another Milky Way Simply Caramel Bite to the center and sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top. The finished dessert looks like a yummy sunflower with a delicious caramel surprise inside.
I’ll admit these are really good. I may or may not have eaten a few already. Are you ready to try these yummy Milky Way Simply Caramel Bites for yourself? Good because I even have a coupon to share with you to save on your next purchase!  #EatMoreBites

Once you’ve had a chance to try them, come back and tell me what you think! I’d love to know what you thought.
