With just a little under 6 weeks left until Christmas, I’m knee deep into holiday shopping and gift planning. I’m almost done my shopping except for a few people on my holiday list that I’m struggling with ideas for. Like my harder than anything to shop for step-dad and a few cousins. After this weekend, though I think I found the perfect gift idea and a fun way to present it. Scratch off tickets from the New Jersey Lottery. I always try and think outside the box for ideas when it comes to my step-dad since he’s so hard to shop for. He has everything he needs and whatever he wants he just buys for himself so coming up with a gift idea is something I always struggle with for him. I’m really excited to be partnering with the New Jersey Lottery for today’s post! Since he loves scratch off lottery tickets, I figured I couldn’t go wrong with lottery tickets. The New Jersey Lottery has four new Holiday themed Instant Games available this holiday season and I knew they’d make the perfect gift for a few(over 18) people on my list.
Since I didn’t want to just hand over a bunch of lottery tickets, I had to get creative. I wanted to make it fun and festive gift.
This Lottery Ticket Holiday Wreath was the perfect solution. With just a few supplies and a bunch of lottery tickets, I knew I had a gift he’d love!
I picked up a little wreath from the store to use as my base and attached the tickets around the wreath. I placed a little glue dot on the back of each to help hold them all in place.
I attached a piece of ribbon to the top and a pretty red bow and this gift only took me about 5 minutes to assemble nad that’s one more person off my to do list I can scratch off!
Since I needed a gift idea for a family party coming up I threw together a little lottery ticket gingerbread house to take. We all ususally bring something little for a white elephant type gift exchange between some cousins. Again, at a loss of what to get (one can only have so many pairs of gloves) I thought this would be a hit!
To assemble this gift idea, I used four tickets for the base of the house and applied some tape on the inside to hold them all together. Then I used two larger ones to make the roof and a few small ones for the front path to the house.
These will make the perfect gift for some of the hard to shop for people on my list and yours too!
You can pick up any of these new lottery tickets at any store that sells lottery tickets like 7-Eleven, Wa-Wa or Quick Check to name a few.

The possibility of winning the lottery exists unaffected by our doubts and faith. It needs to be earned with a little work and effort like any additional job. Thank SoicauXSMB

Being a lotto fan myself I like your idea very much especially the presentation. I would certainly use it to make a present for a few friends. A bit tired of the online games, thelotter review, I wish somebody made me the same present. Carry on!
