Peach Bellini Popsicles
Cool off this summer with these easy to make and oh so yummy Peach Bellini Ice Pops!
The weather is scorching around these parks of Jersey the last few days and if I’m being honest, a popsicle is the perfect way to cool off on days like this. So I took one of my peach popsicle recipes and turned it into something for the older crowd. These Peach Bellini Ice Pops are the perfect, 21 and over, way to cool off this summer.
Don’t worry if you don’t drink alcohol, just omit it from this recipe and enjoy Virgin Peach Bellini Popsicles instead. It’s equally as delicious.
WHAT EXACTLY IS A BELLINI?
A Bellini is a cocktail made with Prosecco, or in this case just white wine, with peach puree.
WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE HOMEMADE ICE POPS
You definitely don’t need much! Just grab some white wine, fresh peaches, some orange juice and your favorite popsicle mold. This is the one I use and I love it!
CAN I MAKE OTHER FLAVORS?
You absolutely can! This would be delicious with strawberries, strawberries and peaches, fresh blueberries. The flavor combos are endless and would be equally as good.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PEACH BELLINI POPSICLES?
I like to freeze them overnight to make sure they are solid but if you’re in a rush 4-6 hours should be enough time (depending on the temperature of your freezer)
WHAT ALCOHOL IS IN A BELLINI?
A Bellini is typically made with Prosecco, a type of white wine. I was fresh out of Prosecco so I just used some regular white wine for this recipe.
If you have Prosecco on hand, by all means go ahead and use that.
CAN YOU ADD ALCOHOL TO ICE POPS?
You absolutely can! It’s fine to add different types to ice pops and It makes a delicious addition for the over 21 crowd.
If you don’t drink alcohol or want to make these Peach Bellini Ice Pops for kids, just leave out the white wine.
They’re just as tasty and everyone can enjoy them.

HOW TO MAKE PEACH BELLINI ICE POPS

Peach Bellini Popsicles
Enjoy a delicious twist on a Peach Bellini with these easy to make Peach Bellini Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 4-5 slices peaches (about 2 cups)
Instructions
- Chop peaches and add to blender
- Add white wine and orange juice
- Puree until peaches are almost smooth. I left the skin on mine so it won't be fully smooth. About 15-20 seconds
- Pour into popsicle molds
- Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight
Notes
To remove popsicles from the mold, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes or run unter warm water to help release.
