The pomegranate flavor was the perfect touch to the homemade lemonade

If you’ve never made homemade lemonade before, and I don’t mean from a mix, then you’re in for a treat. Once you make it once, nothing else compares to the taste of homemade.

Pomegranate Lemonade Recipe

It’s also really easy to make. Despite what you might hear, making homemade lemonade is really easy.

You’ll need a few things like water, sugar, lemons and a fresh pomegranate.

Pomegranate Lemonade Recipe

First  you’ll make heat the water and sugar in a pan until the sugar is dissolved. Once it’s cool, you’ll add in the fresh lemon juice, more water and pomegranate juice.

Pomegranate Lemonade

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups water
  1. In a pan combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Add lemon and pomegranate juice to simple syrup and add water.

  3. Serve over ice and with extra pomegranate seeds for garnish

That’s it!  One sip and you’ll see why this recipe is a family favorite and perfect for your The Nutcracker and the Four Realms movie night!
