Ingredients

  • 15 oz box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Crack two eggs.
  3. Pour in melted butter.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let dough cool for a few minutes so the butter doesn’t melt the white chocolate chips as you mix them into the dough.
  6. Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls.
  7. Place on non-stick baking sheet or lay out a piece of parchment paper and place on top of that.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned at 350 degrees.
