Revisit Your New Year's Resolutions NOW - Simple Ways to Make This Your BEST Year Yet

We’re already 3 1/2 months into the New Year and time has completely gotten away from me. I wanted this year to be the year I take control of all areas of my life and I’m already three months in with little to show for it. It’s so easy to write those resolutions or goals down on a piece of paper. It’s the follow through that I struggle with. So, I’m making it a priority to revisit those New Year’s Resolutions I made just a few short months ago NOW and adjusting what I need to make this my best year ever!

It’s said that it takes nearly 2 months to form a habit so by now you should have a pretty good idea of what has worked and what hasn’t.  I’m using this time to tweak and re-adjust that resolution list to goals that are easier to achieve.

It’s early in the year. By evaluating what’s working and what’s not, there’s still plenty of time left in the year to make it the best year yet! Look over goals and either set more attainable ones or throw out that old list and make a whole new list of resolutions! That’s the beauty of it! It’s your list of goals you want to achieve. Maybe things have changed, and you have a whole new outlook on life and what you want out of this year.

Dream big.

Winter is long and dreary. It’s cold outside and more often than not, I find myself just wanting to curl up on the couch with a nice warm blanket instead of actually going outside.

With Spring and the arrival of warmer temperatures and longer daylight hours, I want to go outside and be more active. Whether it’s taking my kids to the playground or going on a hike in our nearby park, I find myself being more physically active which in turn does wonders for my productivity at home and at work.

Use this time to set or re-adjust your fitness and activity goals. Plan more time outside, even doing simple things like gardening or yard work

You’ve probably heard that saying millions of times but the older I get the more I find that true!

Aging is inevitable. Time will catch up to the best of us but if there’s anything I can do to help change or at least age gracefully, then I’m here for it. One of the simplest ways I’ve found is through my diet.

I’m notorious for eating out and that was one of my biggest goals I wanted to change this year. Now I meal prep a lot more to make sure I have healthy meals ready whenever it’s time to eat.

Aside from my diet, I’m adding supplements for additional nutritional support. As we age, we start to experience changes in our mind and body, such as decreased energy, lethargy, difficulty recovering from strenuous activity and even a loss of elasticity in the skin.

While we can’t stop the aging process, we can age better and feel better while doing it thanks to MitoQ.

MitoQ is a new, powerful CoQ10 antioxidant supplement that targets the mitochondria – our cells “power plants.” Mitochondria convert the food we eat and the oxygen we breathe into the energy our cells need to keep our organs functioning optimally and our bodies healthy.

Did you know poor mitochondrial function has been associated with more than 200 diseases and conditions?

7 of the top 10 causes of death in the U.S. are either known or suspected to be the result of mitochondrial dysfunction. That’s an eye -opening statistic. Supporting mitochondrial performance helps optimize organ health, sustain energy output and recovery levels :  it also helps build resilience combat the  free radical damage associated with aging and illness.

MitoQ is a unique form of CoQ10, the antioxidant the body naturally makes. It is the world’s first free-radical-fighting CoQ10 antioxidant that can both penetrate our cells’ mitochondrial membrane AND act exclusively inside the mitochondria, the “power plants” that provide the energy needed by cells to function properly.

Antioxidants, which are found in certain foods, are also naturally produced in our bodies. These antioxidants are used to neutralize excess free radicals, so they don’t cause any damage. As we age, this natural production of antioxidants starts to decline.

When we support mitochondrial performance it helps optimize organ health, sustain energy output and recovery levels; it also helps build resilience and combat the free radical damage associated with aging and illness.

No other CoQ10 supplement can penetrate the mitochondria at the same levels at MitoQ

Sounds like a win to me! By revising those New Year’s resolutions now and making a few simple changes, this can be the best year yet!

My friend's daughter has mitochondrial disease. It has caused serious medical problems and in the end will be fatal. I have learned quite a bit about how important it is to have well functioning mitochondria.

Thank you for these reminders! I also need to drink lots of water. I only drink when I eat and I know I should do more.
