Spiralized vegetables seem to be the cool new way to eat your veggies. We had a spiralizer before that I ended up throwing away because it didn’t work that great and just wasn’t worth the hassle. But my kids for some reason love spiralized veggies especially these Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries so I had to find a better option. Enter the Ninja Precision Processor™ with Auto-Spiralizer™.

The Ninja Precision Processor™ with Auto-Spiralizer™ turned these three sweet potatoes into a pile of beautiful orange spirals in mere seconds, saving me time in the kitchen.
These are yummy as a side dish or a just snack any time of day. They’re easy to whip up and taste oh so good.
My kids love snacking on them right from the bowl and anytime they eat their veggies without complaint if a win for me.
I loved making these in my new Ninja Precision Processor™ with Auto-Spiralizer™ and honestly cannot wait to try more recipes in the spiralizer. It made the process so much easier.
I washed and peeled the sweet potatoes and the Ninja did the rest of the work. I placed one sweet potato in the top and pressed down with the attachment.
In seconds, my potato was sliced into perfect spirals.
Once all the potatoes were cut, I transferred them to a bowl and added 3 tbsp. of olive oil, pepper, ground turmeric and some fresh garlic.
Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in a 400-degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Oven times can vary and since you don’t want to burn them, start checking them at exactly the 30-minute mark.
Remove any that are crispy and getting dark. If need be, return the pan to the oven for another 5-7 minutes or until all are cooked through.
Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries
- 3 large Sweet Potatoes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Spiralize sweet potatoes in the Ninja Kitchen
- Transfer potatoes to large bowl and toss with olive oil, pepper, garlic and turmeric
- Bake for 30 – 40 minutes
- Start checking for doneness at 30-minute mark
- Remove any fries that are crisp and done. Return pan to oven and cook remaining fries until done.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Serve immediately
Let stand for a few minutes to crisp up. Sprinkle with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
