My little one is all about exploring the world around her starting with the toys she plays with. She loves toys that move, make plenty of noise and are colorful. Today it’s not difficult to find toys that fit that bill. Right now she’s all about her new Fisher-Price Code-a-Pillar. It’s the one toy she plays with every day.
The Coda-a-Pillar is part of Fisher Price’s new line of think and learn preschool toys designed to spark your little one’s curiosity and teach them to play in a whole new way.
The Code-a-Pillar comes ready to go out of the box. It comes with the motorized head (complete with antennas), eight direction segments (2 left, 2 right, 3 forward and 1 sound), targets and batteries. So it’s ready for plenty of playtime right out of the box.
Kids can customize the Code-a-Pillar to move around the house in all sorts of directional combinations with the different segments. Once they are all attached, a simple press of the buttons sets off the lights and sounds and sets the Code-a-Pillar into action. That’s what I loved most about the toys. It doesn’t just move in one direction. You can create how you want it to move by simply rearranging the directional pieces. The possibilities are endless and let kids get creative.
The set up is easy and my 19 month old has no problems pulling it apart and adding on pieces with only minimal help from her big brother. Right now it’s her favorite toy and she carries it around from room to room with her. The two of them sit together and love creating different courses for the Code-a-Pillar.
You can find Code-a-Pillar at Best Buy stores and online for just $49.99. There are even expansion packs you can purchase to keep the fun going.
