I love to cook, but lately life has been getting in the way. With busy schedules and never-ending to-do lists, something has to give and it’s usually been dinner. Take-out is always so appealing when you’re tired and don’t feel like spending time in the kitchen but in the spirit of cooking more at home  I’m sharing some of my favorite 30-minute dinners starting with this Sun Dried Tomato Spinach Burrata Pasta.

With just a few ingredients and 30 minutes you can have a dinner on the table that tastes anything but quick and easy. The sauce is made in Italy complete with finely ages Italian cheeses to create the perfect authentic dish.

The flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach and Bertolli d’Italia Creamy Rosa Sauce combine together perfectly for a flavor explosion in every bite.

Add some creamy burrata cheese on top and you have  a next level dinner that will have everyone begging for more.

For this recipe, you’ll just need:
Once you cook the pasta, everything else just cooks together in one pan right on the stove.
It’s such a simple dish but tastes like you put so much effort into the meal. Making it a great choice for entertaining or just a weeknight dinner.

And it doesn’t stop there. It’s a great base recipe allowing you to add other things to it for a whole new taste explosion.
Well, I’m glad you asked! I don’t think there is anything you can’t add to this recipe. Protein choices like:
  • Ground beef
  • chicken breast
  • Crumbled sausage (sweet or spicy)
would be delicious. But grilled eggplant or even shrimp would be divine.  Just be prepared to add a little more time when cooking to accommodate anything else you might add to the recipe.

I found the Bertolli d’Italia Creamy Rosa Sauce at my local Walmart. I just added it to my cart while shopping on the Walmart app. Easy peasy. Check out more of their Bertolli d’Italia sauce choices here!
