For this recipe, you’ll just need:
Once you cook the pasta, everything else just cooks together in one pan right on the stove. 
It’s such a simple dish but tastes like you put so much effort into the meal. Making it a great choice for entertaining or just a weeknight dinner.

WHAT ELSE CAN I ADD TO THIS RECIPE?
Well, I’m glad you asked! I don’t think there is anything you can’t add to this recipe. Protein choices like:
  • Ground beef
  • chicken breast
  • Crumbled sausage (sweet or spicy)
would be delicious. But grilled eggplant or even shrimp would be divine.  Just be prepared to add a little more time when cooking to accommodate anything else you might add to the recipe.

HOW TO MAKE SUN-DRIED TOMATO SPINACH BURRATA PASTA

 

Sun Dried Tomato Spinach Burrata Pasta
Yield: 6

Sun Dried Tomato Spinach Burrata Pasta

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. package of pasta
  • 1 container of sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • burrata cheese
  • 3 cups of fresh spinach
  • 2 jars of Bertolli d'Italia Creamy Rosa sauce
  • fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. In pan, saute garlic and sun dried tomatoes in 1/4 cup of oil from sun dried tomatoes
  2. Cook pasta
  3. Add spinach to tomatoes and garlic
  4. Add pasta
  5. Add 1 1/2 jar pasta sauce
  6. Add parmesan cheese
  7. Stir and cover. Cook for 15 minutes
  8. Remove lid, add burrata cheese cover and let melt
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsly
