This was one of those dishes that I made when I was a single gal working two jobs and needed a quick, easy and cheap meal to take to work.

It’s safe to say I haven’t made this recipe in years. Not for any other reason than I forgot all about it. When I opened my pantry and saw some cans of tuna, I thought  to myself what can I make with canned tuna.

WHAT OTHER INGREDIENTS CAN I ADD TO THIS TUNA PASTA SALAD RECIPE

The great thing about this recipe is how versatile it is. Depending of your taste buds, there are plenty of options you can add to this for even more flavor. My kids are  pretty picky and like it this way, but here are some other options to try:

HOW TO SERVE TUNA PASTA SALAD

Since it’s a chilled salad, you’ll want to keep it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat it.  If you’re taking it to work, keep it in a cooler bag with ice packs.

If you’re making this Tuna Salad Pasta recipe for a picnic or potluck, keep the bowl sitting on another bowl or tray filled with ice to keep it chilled.

If you’re making it for a party, just double the recipe.

HERE’S HOW YOU STORE THE TUNA PASTA SALAD

You’ll want to keep any leftover Tuna Pasta Salad in a sealed container in your refrigerator. This way it won’t absorb flavors of other things you have in the fridge and it’ll preserve the flavors in the salad until you consume it all.

HOW LONG WILL TUNA PASTA SALAD LAST

This Tuna Pasta Salad recipe will last 3-4 days in the refrigerator in an air tight container. If you notice it’s getting a little dry  after being in the fridge, just add a little more mayo to the recipe.
