There is just something about the combination of cinnamon rolls and a fresh cup of coffee! Starting up my Keurig and brewing that first cup of coffee is my favorite part of my morning routine. We love this Keurig Wake Up Warm Up K-Cup Collection, Variety Pack (54 ct.) from Sam’s Club. There is such as variety for us to enjoy! If you have littles in your house (or grandkids!) this would be such a fun fall breakfast for them to enjoy. You will get to see their smiling faces, all while sipping your fresh cup of coffee and soaking in life’s magical, little moments.
It’s even a fun treat you could make for a neighbor or friend. Serve them on a cute platter and deliver them and be a Merry Maker this holiday Season!
So you’ll need a few things to get started. First, pick up so Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls from (it’s definitely cheaper to buy these from a warehouse store like Sam’s Club).
I bought a few packs since they were on sale and we eat these things like they’re going out of style! Plus I made a few of these Turkey Pull Apart Cinnamon Rolls for some friends to kick off the holiday season.
You’ll also need some food coloring for the red, orange and yellow icing and large candy eye and some orange fondant.
When I opened up the 3 packs of the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, I unrolled one of them to make the turkey head.
Then I just baked them according to package directions.
While they cooked, I added one drop of red food coloring to one icing container, one drop of yellow to another and one drop of yellow and red to make the orange.
Once they were done cooking, I let them cool for a few minutes before put the icing on.
I started with a row of red, then orange and yellow. I save a little plain white icing to use for the turkey head.
Then I added an eye and come orange fondant near the neck area.
That’s it! Super easy and even a project the kids could handle or for a dessert for the kids table!
Pick up Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls at Sam’s Club this holiday season and be a Merry Maker!
