3 EASY Thanksgiving Sides that Will Have You Saying YUM
One of the best parts of Thanksgiving dinner, at least for me, is all the delicious sides. Sure the turkey is always delicious but it’s the sides that do it for me. This year I’m adding a few new sides to our Thanksgiving spread in the form of a delicious cranberry butter perfect for spreading on those fresh, warm dinner rolls. A yummy Bacon & Sausage Stuffing ball recipe complete with a cranberry dipping sauce and for a sweeter note a yummy (and kid friendly) charcuterie board.
I was introduced to some new to me brands and some tasty favorites from my latest Thanksgiving themed BabbleBoxx. I knew they’d be perfect to create some delicious recipes for Thanksgiving and really, all year round.
Who says we have to enjoy yummy dishes like this just at Thanksgiving.
CRANBERRY BUTTER
As soon as I saw the Bridgford® Parkerhouse Style Rolls Dough I knew these rolls would pair perfectly with some homemade Cranberry Butter.
Each bag of dough makes 24 rolls so you can bake all at once for a large meal like Thanksgiving or just take out as many pieces as you need for a smaller meal. Just make sure to use the dough within 30 days of opening.
Parkerhouse Rolls are Non-GMO, contain no preservatives, and are made with pure cane sugar making them a delicious addition to any meal.
I paired them with my delicious Cranberry Butter and it was a match made in fall heaven. YUM! Cranberry butter is SO easy to make, just combine 3 sticks of butter with 1 cup of whole cranberry sauce, 3 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp. honey and the juice of one orange. Combine in your stand mixer or hand mixer until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
You can find Bridgford® Parkerhouse Style Rolls in the freezer section of most major stores. PRINT OUT this coupon to save on your next purchase.
Dessert Hummus Charcuterie Board
Since these savory sides needed something sweet, I put together a simple dessert hummus charcuterie board. I’m a tad bit hummus obsessed so naturally dessert hummus was going to be a sweet treat for me.
This charcuterie board was assembled using an assortment of crunchy cookies, sweet strawberries and other treats perfect for dipping or spreading the Tribe Dark Chocolate Hummus and Pumpkin Pie Hummus
The Tribe Dark Chocolate Hummus is made from a smooth blend of chickpeas and cocoa. It’s part healthy, part dessert and great as a dip with fruit like strawberries and these cookies and graham crackers.
And for another flavor combination the Tribe Pumpkin Pie Hummus, made with sweet pumpkin, cinnamon and other fall spices, is a true seasonal delight for fall.
These better-for-you sweet snacks have only 6 grams of sugar per serving. So you can indulge without feeling guilty.
The best thing about this dessert charcuterie board is you can totally customize with your favorite fruits and snacks.

These Bacon and Sausage Stuffing Balls are going into regular meal rotation around here. They were so, so yummy! Using the 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese and 4C Seasoned Breadcrumbs, and some yummy bacon from The Baconer, these babies were brought to life.
4C is a brand I’ve used and loved for years and they were a natural fit for this recipe. The 4C Parmesan Cheese is 100% cheese. There’s no additives, preservatives or cellulose in there. Just good old fashioned parmesan cheese and that’s why I love it.
Same with the breadcrumbs. They’re freshly toasted and blended with a secret family recipes of herbs, spices and 100% pecorino Romano Cheese and they make a great base for so many recipes.
