A few months ago I started the Keto Diet. After seeing so many friends have success with it, I figured I’d give it a try. It’s definitely a lot harder than it looks, at least for me anyways, but if nothing at all, I’ve been good about cutting excess sugar and bread out of my diet. The sugar part is something I struggle with since I have a HUGE sweet tooth, but thankfully recipes like these Keto Friendly Berries & Cream Frozen Pops make it a lot easier when I’ve craving something sweet.
These are actually so good, I end up making these almost every week! Even my husband, who isn’t following the Keto Diet loves them!
They are simple to make, have only a few ingredients and really hit the spot when you’re craving something sweet.
The secret to their yummy flavor is Torani Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup.
Torani flavors are crafted to bring out the best in any of your drink or dessert recipes so you can easily make something your own in a delicious, and sugar-free, way!
One Torani flavor can create endless recipes and is so easy to use. Just drizzle on top of desserts, mix in recipes like these Berry Cream Pops, or even add a spoonful to your coffee or favorite drink! You can find your favorite flavor of Torani in your local retail store or online at Torani.com.
Torani Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup sweetens the heavy whipping cream just right and provides the perfect amount of flavor that compliments the fresh berries perfectly.
I did use fresh berries like strawberries, blackberries and raspberries for this recipe but if you have frozen berries on hand, they’ll work just as well.
I plan on making these Keto Friendly Berries & Cream Frozen Pops all summer long. Once they’re frozen, I’ll remove them from the popsicle mold and place them in those little plastic bags for homemade lollipops.
This way when the kids are enjoying their ice cream and that craving hits, I can just reach for one of these.
They’re so creamy and full of delicious fruity flavors that you don’t even realize you’re missing out on all that sugar.
How to make Berries & Cream Frozen Pops
Making these popsicles is so easy! In a blender combine heavy whipping cream, Torani Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup, Swerve sweetness, blackberries, raspberries and chopped strawberries.
I wanted small chunks of fruit in mine so I only pulsed it once or twice to really combine everything. If you don’t like chunks then just pulse it a few more times so they’re blended in.
Pour the fruit and cream mixture into your popsicle mold. Place the lid on and insert the sticks.
Freeze 5-6 hours or until frozen.
To remove the Berries & Cream Frozen Pops from the mold simply run the mold under warm water and gently pull out of mold.
On a hot day, they’ll melt pretty quick so consume them immediately after removing from the mold.
