TOPPINGS TO ADD TO THIS CHOCOLATE BANANA PANCAKE RECIPE
You can really get creative here. You can add things like:
- Shredded Coconut
- Whipped Cream
- Organic Chocolate Chips
- or good old fashioned maple syrup
Anything you’re in the mood for would make a great addition!
HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE BANANA PANCAKES
Well first you’re going to need a few things. A bag of Cacao Bliss, fresh strawberries, some blackberries, a ripe banana, your favorite milk, some whipped cream and honey.
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 scoop Cacao Bliss superfood powder
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup of milk
- butter for cooking
- Fresh berries like strawberries and blackberries
- Whipped cream or Maple Syrup
- In a bowl mash banana and add milk and vanilla
- In larger bowl add flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
- Add banana mixture to flour and combine
- Melt butter in your pan and pour batter into pan. I used a cookie scoop but you can use whatever as long as you make them a similar size.
- Once batter starts to bubble on top, flip.
- Cook until browned.
- Top with fresh strawberries and blackberries, whipped cream and a drizzle of honey.
In place of the whipped cream and honey, you can use traditional maple syrup.
