It’s no surprise that both of my kids love cars and racing. Having a mom and dad who are into cars and actually met because of their cards, it’s on naturally they’d love cars as much as we do. Especially Evie. It’s definitely in her genes and probably explains why she loves the Disney Junior series MICKEY AND THE ROADSTER RACERS. She literally watches the show every day. She has a motorized Minnie Mouse car that she sits in while she watches too. During commercial breaks, she’ll grab a wipe and wipe down her car. Her love of “vroom vrooms” (what she calls them) runs deep. It doesn’t help that daddy has a supercharged Chevy Camaro in the driveway that she just adores. She has a need for speed and definitely gets her fill watching her favorite character’s race around.

To make these adorable snacks you’ll need a few things like graham crackers, some cream cheese (you could also use peanut butter but since my oldest has a peanut allergy, cream cheese is our choice), red, yellow and green M&M’s and Mini M&M’s.
Take each graham cracker and smooth on some cream cheese.
Then place a red, yellow and green regular size M&M in the center to resemble a traffic light.
Then use the mini M&M’s for the “ears” on Mickey’s head.
That’s it! Super easy and super cute!
