Watermelon Feta Salad Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Enjoy watermelon in a entirely new way with this mouthwatering Watermelon and Feta Salad Recipe with a honey lemon dressing.


  • 1 Watermelon cut into chunks
  • 1 Container of Arugula
  • 1 8 oz. container of Feta Cheese crumbles
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh mint - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon of Raw Honey


  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped watermelon, arugula, mint and about half the container of Feta Cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, juice from the lemon and honey. Stir to combine
  3. Pour dressing over the watermelon salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge before serving.
