DIY HERSHEY® KISSES Chocolates Filled Felt Fortune Cookies Tutorial

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, It’s time to start planning for those Valentine’s Day class parties and treats for the kids to give to their friends. I’ve made these for so many different holiday celebrations and even a bunch for my daughter for her play kitchen. They’re one of her favorite toys to play with. They’re SO easy to make and even better when you fill them with some delicious treats. As soon as we tried NEW HERSHEY® Lava Cake KISSES chocolates , I knew they would be perfect to use for filling our felt fortune cookies tutorial. 

They’re the perfect size for sharing. You can easily make these for class parties or just for your kids to hand out to their friends. After all, the NEW HERSHEY® Lava Cake KISSES chocolates are meant for sharing.

HERSHEY® Lava Cake KISSES chocolates are just like your mini versions of your favorite lava cake recipe and these might just be my favorite treat right now. 

To make these HERSHEY® KISSES chocolates Filled Felt Fortune Cookies you’ll need a few supplies:

• Red and pink felt sheets (found in the craft section of most stores)
• Hot glue gun
• Package of pipe cleaners
• 6 in circle template 
• HERSHEY® Lava Cake KISSES chocolates from Walmart

First, cut your circles from the felt. 

Next, cut the pipe cleaners to fit inside the circle shape. 

Glue the pipe cleaner into the middle of the circle.

Add two HERSHEY® Lava Cake KISSES chocolates to the center and fold the edge over. 

Use glue to secure the edges. 

Gently fold into the fortune cookie shape.

Just like that you’re left with the perfect Valentine’s Day treat for your child’s class party, to hand out to their friends or maybe just a little treat to brighten someone’s day!
