Tomato Feta Chicken Dip Recipe

If you liked that viral Tomato & Feta Pasta recipe, then you're going to LOVE this Tomato Feta Chicken Dip. Serve with crackers or bread and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a delicious twist!
Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (meat shredded and set aside)
- 1 container of cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 brick of Feta cheese
- olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano
- 6 cloves of garlic
- fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat over to 425 degrees
- Shred meat from rotisserie chicken
- Add tomatoes to a baing dish
- Coat tomatoes in olive oil
- Place feta brick in middle of the pan
- Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle red pepper flakes and oregano on top
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Add in basil (chopped) and crushed garlic and shredded chicken
- Stir to combine
- Serve with crackers and a drizzle of Balsimic vinegar and enjoy!
